- Contact form and demo request: name, email, telephone, département, crops and message, to answer your request and organise a demonstration.
- Specification sheet download: email address, to send you the document and, with your consent, contact you again.
- Newsletter: email address, with your consent.
- Audience measurement (Google Analytics / Google Tag Manager): only after your consent via the cookie banner.
Retention period
- Contact and demo requests, prospects: 3 years from your last contact with us.
- Customers: for the duration of the business relationship, then in line with the legal retention periods for accounting documents (10 years).
- Newsletter: until you unsubscribe, which you can do at any time via the link in each mailing.
- Audience measurement cookies: 13 months maximum; your consent choice is kept for 6 months.
Recipients and hosting
Your data is intended solely for SIZA's teams and is never sold. The website is hosted in France by OVH SAS (2 rue Kellermann, 59100 Roubaix). Audience measurement, if you accept it, uses Google (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager), which may transfer data outside the European Union under the Data Privacy Framework.
Your rights
